This could be the perfect challenge if you have: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst within the Warranty domain.
Experience with Salesforce Service / CRM.
Knowledge of case management, complaints management, and warranty processes.
Understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting/KPIs.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Main responsibilities: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Warranty area.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support the migration of functionalities from SalesCore to Salesforce.
Coordinate stakeholders and support the project from a business perspective.
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and support end-user training.
