We are looking for a motivated Czech Customer Support to join our team in Lisbon. Core Responsibilities in Czech Customer Service

* Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat to Czech-speaking clients.
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
* Document customer interactions and update records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Identify potential areas for service enhancements and communicate insights to internal teams.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
* Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to offer relevant solutions to customers.


Key Competencies and Qualifications

* Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
