For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Have a basic understanding of technology and software development processes and the ability to work with developers and other technical stakeholders;
- Be able to analyse large amounts of data and identify trends and patterns to gain insights into business problems;
- Experience in communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and development teams, to ensure that everyone understands the goals and objectives of the project;
- Capability to identify and solve complex business problems using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving techniques;
- Have a good understanding of various business domains, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Should have a good understanding of how organisations and their governance models are set;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines, while also maintaining a high level of attention to detail;
- Ability to work well with others, build relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level);
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
