Our client is a multinational company expanding in Portugal and is hiring an Operations Administrator to oversee all operational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely purchasing, and efficient stock control to support production and delivery schedules;
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating order dispatches and ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction;
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain supplies, and foster a productive, positive workplace environment;
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR policy implementation;
* Provide cross-functional administrative support, including document handling, scheduling, and internal coordination.
Profile:
* 5 to 8 years of experience in operations, logistics and supply chain;
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
