Technical Business Analyst | Systems & Data (Remote/Hybrid)

to join enterprise environments where business-critical systems, data flows, and complex integrations play a central role in daily operations. You will be involved in initiatives where business requirements must be translated into reliable system behaviors, ensuring consistency between business workflows, external platforms, and data-driven applications: high-availability systems (Airports & Health), Financial data platforms, and performance-driven architectures.
Skills:
?? +4 years of experience in roles such as Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant;
?? Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (JIRA, Confluence);
?? Proficiency in SQL (data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting) is mandatory;
?? Hands-on experience with System Integrations (APIs, REST, JSON, data mapping);
?? Ability to perform Issue Analysis and Debugging (reading logs or basic code analysis);
?? Experience in complex sectors is a plus (Health, Fintech/Banking, or Infrastructure).
Your Responsibilities:
? Act as the interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex business workflows into functional specifications and technical requirements;
? Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, mapping how they are implemented across enterprise systems, external platforms, and data flows;
? Define and refine functional requirements, user stories, and API data mappings (request/response structures, field-level mapping, and transformations);
? Analyse system integrations and event-based flows to ensure seamless communication between platforms;
? Perform data validation and reconciliation, using SQL to verify data consistency between databases and integrated systems;
? Support development teams during delivery by clarifying requirements, validating business rules, and ensuring alignment between expected and implemented system behavior;
? Investigate production issues by analysing logs, API responses, and database records to identify root causes (data inconsistencies, integration failures, or process gaps);
? Identify and document edge cases, exceptions, and process gaps in high-load environments;
