Operating in adynamic, international and PE-backed environment, this role sits at the heart of the commercial finance function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to translate financial data into meaningful insights that shape business performance.The OpportunityThis is a highly visible role where you will combinefinancial planning, analysis, reporting and business partneringto support senior leadership and help deliver strategic objectives. Working closely with theCommercial Finance Director, you will provide financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and risk management, while also managing a small team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting.Key Responsibilities• Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers, KPIs and strategic objectives • Deliver financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles • Provide detailed variance analysis and performance commentary • Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies • Build financial models and scenario analysis to support strategy • Lead preparation of monthly financial reporting and business reviews • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A reporting teamAbout You We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders. You will likely bring: • ACA / CIMA/ ACCA (or equivalent) qualification • 5+ years' experience inCommercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or FP&A • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills • Experience inSaaS, technology, or PE-backed environments(advantageous) • Advanced Excel and strong presentation skillsSalary - upto €65,000 plus benefits
