Key Account Job Description
As a Key Account, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire business area and all related national clients for our Automotive Division in Castanheira do Ribatejo, Portugal. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in account management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage Key Account Groups, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Conduct negotiations in accordance with company guidelines, leveraging your expertise to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
* Negotiate and provide support to special clients or specific accounts, demonstrating your ability to adapt to diverse needs.
* Perform budget control and ensure monthly monitoring of results, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Enter data into the Blue Yonder system, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in Business, Engineer, or similar field, demonstrating your academic excellence and understanding of industry best practices.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, showcasing your market knowledge and expertise.
* Fluent in English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and customers alike.
* Proactive communication skills, facilitating collaboration and driving results-oriented outcomes.
* Availability to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
