The ideal candidate will possess over 9 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, as well as expertise in Always On, Windows Server Failover Clustering, and Transactional Replication. Their exceptional troubleshooting skills should include performance issues, blocking, deadlocking, High Availability, Disaster recovery, and log analysis.
Key qualifications for this position include solid knowledge of database administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and very good English communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is also essential.
