About this role:

We're on the hunt for a Records Governance Lead to spearhead our electronic trading and pre-trade initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving governance and transformation efforts, overseeing daily activity within the Records Office, and implementing automation across manual processes.

Your mission:
* Ensure records policies & retention schedules are up-to-date
* Drive automation across manual processes
* Lead governance & transformation initiatives (regulatory + internal)
* Coordinate stakeholders, incidents, and reports across projects & markets

What you bring:
* 3–5 years in banking/financial operations
* 5+ years in project management
* Mastery in MS Office + PowerBI + JIRA
* Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
* Background in Business, Finance, or Economics
