The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing transactional procurement activities, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless purchasing experience across systems.
* Lead and develop the Operational Procurement team, ensuring excellence in daily purchasing activities.
* Guarantee compliance with internal policies and global processes.
* Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, and Content Management teams to integrate procurement processes effectively.
* Monitor KPIs related to operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Support implementation and optimization of e-procurement solutions.
* Act as a key liaison between procurement operations and the wider organization.
Requirements include minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, previous experience in Team Leading, strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Processes, familiarity with e-procurement solutions and SAP Ariba (mandatory), strategic mindset, and fluency in English (mandatory).
