About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong DevOps and Observability skills to help accelerate our migration to Datadog. This role will focus on configuring alerts, building and optimizing dashboards, and ensuring full compliance with environment policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership from day one: analyze existing services and independently implement configuration changes;
* Lead the development and optimization of observability tools, including dashboards and alerting in Datadog;
* Ensure compliance with our internal environment policies and support adherence to our service rulebook;
* Collaborate with teams to uplift observability maturity and ensure alignment with best practices;
* Contribute to end-to-end testing initiatives to maintain high service quality;
* Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members in observability and DevOps areas.
Requirements
* Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally with Java, React, and AWS;
* Proven expertise in DevOps practices and observability tools, particularly Datadog;
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
