Job Description
The Clinical Specialist Interventional Cardiology role is responsible for supporting the safe and effective use of our Interventional portfolio. This includes assisting with education programs, collaborating with key physicians and health providers to provide country-level education and clinical support.
Working closely with the EMEA CMA Manager, you will facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery. You will also provide clinical support and procedural education to physicians, nurses, technicians, etc.
This includes support for live cases, proctorships, scientific meetings, and other educational programs in therapeutic areas related to focus products. Additionally, you will assist with the development and maintenance of Key Opinion Leaders and facilitate training requests for approved education courses.
You will be responsible for delivering assigned procedural education, customer evaluations and feedback, overall completion of key strategic initiatives developed with the EMEA CMA Leadership team, and customer support initiatives including education and training support and procedural support.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: clinical procedural training of customers in the use of the Interventional portfolio to ensure safe and effective utilization of the product, facilitation of the implementation of clinical workshops, live cases and proctoring for focused interventional products, support for pre-congress workshops and in-booth education programs, and development and delivery of educational activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
