In this role, you will help design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions for enterprise clients and partners. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and technical constraints. The position involves engaging with C-level stakeholders, guiding implementation teams, and providing pre-sales technical expertise to support business growth. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture of complex systems, influencing product improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a remote-first role with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across Europe and beyond.
Accountabilities
* Provide pre-sales technical solutions to customers, supporting deal closure and client success
* Design and architect secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant technical solutions for enterprise clients and partners
* Collaborate with internal teams (product development, infrastructure, compliance) to configure and implement customer solutions
* Manage technical relationships with partners and third-party integrators
* Engage with customer executives (CTO, CIO) and IT teams to align strategy and implementation
* Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure solution efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Proven experience in management and technical solution delivery for financial institutions or enterprise clients
* Familiarity with business requirements, compliance considerations, and system architectures for banking, securities, or fintech clients
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to decompose complex issues into actionable solutions
* Excellent communication skills for technical explanation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to build trust, empathy, and strong relationships with clients and partners
* Experience designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT architectures
