Your New Role
Follow internal processes to ensure data quality in key systems.
Collect and validate accurate information to fully support customers.
Process all Customer Master Data inputs and updates.
Manage the administration of all customer-related data.
Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations.
Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors related to data or processes.
Maintain a high standard of customer service with all stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement programs and efficiency initiatives.
Inform the Team Lead about issues, risks, or opportunities identified in current activities.
Participate in special data-related projects assigned by management.
What You Need To Be Successful
Minimum High School diploma;
Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company billing system;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Good Excel skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Professional manner and highly organized;
Proactive & adaptable;
Team player;
Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment;
Language skills: English.
