Equipment Supervisor Technician

We are looking for a dynamic, technically solid professional committed to excellence, capable of ensuring efficient operation of the resort's critical systems and contributing to a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise operation, maintenance and inspection of all technical equipment (HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, electrical panels, generators, water treatment & pools).
* Coordinate and guide the technical team responsible for central equipment.
* Implement and oversee preventive maintenance plans.
* Diagnose failures and ensure fast, effective repairs.
* Manage technical records in the CMMS system.
* Liaise with other departments to minimize operational disruption.
* Support and monitor external suppliers during specialized interventions.
* Ensure compliance with safety, energy and legal standards.
Requirements
Education & Experience
* Technical training in Electromechanics, Electricity, Mechanics, HVAC or similar.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in technical equipment maintenance (hospitality or large-scale facilities preferred).
* Previous experience in supervision/coordination (valued).
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, heating, pumping, generators and automation systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
* Experience with maintenance management systems (valued).
* Awareness of energy efficiency and sustainability (preferred).
