Business Role Description
The position of business analyst plays a pivotal role in defining the target state of our software development life cycle. This includes outlining the framework, processes, and documentation standards that enable efficient, compliant, and scalable software delivery.
This strategic and detail-oriented individual will be instrumental in translating business and technical needs into actionable documentation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a business analyst with expertise in IT project management
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and business analysis principles
* Experience in process mapping, documentation design, and stakeholder facilitation
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or similar
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
* Advanced English language skills
