To give customers a consistent path to a great experience, you will:
* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
* Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
* Know the product/service well;
* Process customer requests and complains;
* Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
* Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Our client is a great match if you:
* Have a proficient or bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish;
* Have 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience;
* Have call center experience;
* Live in Porto or near Porto;
* Have flexibility in terms of shifts;
* Have effective communication skills and customer care skills - ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
* Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);
* Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
