What are we looking for?
* Native or fluent in Danish;
* Intermediate English skills (B2+) – written and spoken;
* Experience in customer support is a plus;
* A positive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations;
* Active listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers;
* Resourceful and creative in finding solutions and workarounds
