Job Summary
We seek an experienced Medical Information and Adverse Event Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Process and review safety data from investigative sites and other sources. Perform accurate data entry into relevant databases, coding medical terminology and writing descriptive narratives as required.
* Receive and document incoming calls or emails related to adverse events. Maintain organized records of case details and follow up on necessary actions.
* Collaborate with the Lifecycle Safety team to establish effective project service operations communications. Contribute to a positive work environment through training, mentoring, and quality control efforts.
* Liaise with Project Managers to identify potential issues and propose proactive solutions. Participate in training across Lifecycle Safety process service offerings and contribute to working groups implementing new initiatives.
