IT Functional Specialist - IDM Purchasing
Duties & Responsibilities
Purchasing Application Support
Support business users by implementing proper solutions within the IT IDM landscape
Coordinate implementation, testing, and execution of changes related to IT IDM systems
Create and maintain relevant customization objects for IDM tools
Troubleshoot and resolve errors/issues in IDM tools promptly
Provide guidance and training to end-users on purchasing applications
Purchasing Application Interface
Monitor IDM application tools for existing interfaces and identify possible deviations
Perform analysis and collaborate with IT IDM technical specialists to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
Ensure smooth integration between Coupa, SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and other related systems
Validate data flows and manage error handling for purchasing interfaces
ITIL Management
Manage Incidents, Demands, and Changes in alignment with ITIL best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, interpret, and document business requirements for new applications or enhancements
Ensure proper change control and governance using Yazaki development processes
Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions for audit and compliance purpose
IT Purchasing Documentation
Create, maintain, and update IT IDM documentation, including process flows, interface specifications, and user guides
Ensure documentation is accurate, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Support audit and compliance requirements through proper documentation practices
Requirements
Education: Master's in computer science, Information Tech.
/ Business Administrat
Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience
3-5 years experience in operating cross regional, complex IT sistems
Full suite knowledge of Coupa, including architecture, API usage, and integration methods.
Experience with Postman for payload validation and API testing.
Certification is a Huge Pl
Knowles of SAP SRM front-end and back-end functionality.
Experience in procurement workflows and integration poin
Expertise in SAP ECC purchasing transactions and master data management.
Understanding of IDoc structures and integration with external syste
Ability to use ServiceNow for incident, change, and demand manageme
Soomd understanding of ITIL principles and their application in incident, change, and demand management process
Proficiency in standard Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Ability to use advanced Excel functions for data analys
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate solutions effectively
