Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as aNOC Analyst / Network Operations Analyst (L1/L2 – MS NOC). This role provides first-line operational support for routine network tasks, assisting senior engineers with troubleshooting, executing documented procedures, and maintaining accurate operational records. The position has a strong focus on operational discipline, runbook adherence, and proactive monitoring within the MS‐NOC Services framework.QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in NOC or network support rolesOperational maturity level 2 or higher (procedural / guided execution)Experience working in structured operational environments with defined workflows and runbooksBasic understanding of ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processesResponsibilitiesMonitor alerts and events across network and security domainsOpen, triage, and update incidents in ServiceNow following defined workflowsExecute standard operational tasks according to documented procedures and runbooksPerform basic network diagnostics, including connectivity checks and guided troubleshootingEscalate non-standard or complex issues to Network Engineers or Senior EngineersMaintain high-quality operational records, including ticket updates, execution notes, and documentation changesSupport IMAC and routine operational activitiesAssist with failover testing and monitoring activities in data center and cloud interconnect contexts, as guidedParticipate in daily operational handshakes and handovers with off‐premises teamsTechnical Skills (Must-Have)Routine monitoring and ticket handling using ServiceNowAbility to follow structured workflows for incident, problem, and change managementBasic network diagnostics across WAN, LAN, Wi‐Fi, and security domainsFamiliarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, and GrafanaExperience using documentation tools such as ConfluenceCertifications (Expected)CompTIA Network+Cisco Certified Technician (CCT)ITIL FoundationNice to HaveExposure to data center or cloud connectivity environmentsExperience supporting knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
