Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the design development process for Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices while delivering optimized, sustainable, and high-performance design solutions.
* Lead and manage the design development process for Data Center projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver cohesive design solutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability practices.
The selected candidate will oversee the preparation and review of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and documentation, and drive design optimization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Data Center design.
* Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems in mission-critical facilities such as Data Centers, hospitals, or energy infrastructure.
* Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
