/ppThis role is ideal for a developer passionate about document automation and working in a French-speaking environment.
You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale, omnichannel communication solutions (print and digital), ensuring performance, reliability, and quality across the platform.
/ppYou will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders in French, playing a key role in translating requirements into scalable document workflows.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and maintain Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions using specialized tools; br / /liliDesign and implement document workflows, primarily using Kwsoft (Serie M) or DocBridge (Compart); br / /liliContribute to the development of large-scale, omnichannel document generation processes (print and digital); br / /liliPerform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, stability, and performance; br / /liliProvide maintenance and support (L2/L3), including incident resolution and continuous improvement of existing solutions; br / /liliDevelop backendlogic and scripts using Java, Python, and PowerShell; br / /liliManage and optimize database queries in an Oracle (SQL) environment; br / /liliDocument analysis, design, and implementation work to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability; br / /liliCollaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders in French to gather requirements and define document flows; br / /liliContribute to effort estimation, planning, and continuous improvement of development processes.
