* A Master's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post‑related experience.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in managing products.
* Expert knowledge in configuring and managing JSM portals.
Duties/role
* Developing, communicating, implementing, and reviewing the processes that embed strategic management in the operational management of the organization.
* Leading and managing the creation or review of a strategy that meets the requirements of the business.
* Training of agile ways of working like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, and DaD.
