Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Technician to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and reverse logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient flow of materials, coordinate shipments with suppliers and clients, and maintain accurate inventory records.
This role requires full-time on-site presence at our Operations & Logistics Center in Maia, Portugal.
Responsibilities
* Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
*
o Coordinate with suppliers to organize shipments, including packaging, transport, documentation, and customs clearance;
* Manage client shipments, ensuring proper packaging, transport, documentation, and customs clearance;
* Oversee inbound processes, including reception, validation, registration, and warehouse storage;
* Handle outbound activities, such as picking items from the warehouse for assembly, production, or project shipments;
* Register supplier invoices in Odoo ERP.
* Inventory Management:
*
o Identify purchasing needs to maintain minimum stock levels;
* Prepare and submit the monthly inventory report.
* Reverse Logistics & RMAs:
*
o Manage 3rd Party RMAs, handling reverse logistics and coordinating with suppliers;
* Process Nonius raw materials RMAs, ensuring proper handling and resolution.
Must Have
* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management;
* Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping documentation, and inventory control;
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with international shipments and customs regulations;
* Additional certifications in Logistics, Inventory Management, or International Trade;
* Additional language skills.
