Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using Appian-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.Provide support to end users for live applications.Conduct end-to-end testing for new features and application enhancements.Document processes, recommend automation opportunities, and support the adoption of new practices through workshops and training sessions.What are we looking for?
Proven experience with Appian-based applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping tools.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.What do we offer?
