Job Summary
The Project Engineer Development Programme is a two-year rotational opportunity that combines technical project management with business exposure.
This programme provides participants with hands-on experience in managing CAPEX and operational projects, ensuring safe, sustainable, and cost-effective mineral processing improvements. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing CAPEX projects using internationally standardized methods and best practices
2. Overseeing the execution and final outcomes of operational projects at the cluster level
3. Driving process innovation in areas such as recycling and environmental applications
4. Supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality mineral processing facility improvements
The second year provides international or regional business exposure through an assignment in a different cluster outside the initial region. Participants must be open to this opportunity.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, and project management skills. An engineering degree with an interest in innovation, recycling, or environmental applications is also required.
