Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Industrial IoT Strategist to drive the implementation of data collection and analytics within the scope of Industry 4.0.
* Audit and Mapping: Conduct thorough audits of equipment fleets to identify data points, including stoppages, times/states, alarms, consumption, quantities, and speed/RPM.
* Strategy Development: Design and implement OT/IIoT strategies and connectivity architectures for heterogeneous machine fleets, including retrofitting when necessary.
* Data Integration: Integrate data with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using APIs and databases, normalizing events and states for OEE calculation.
* Security and Governance: Establish OT/IT security best practices and support data governance.
