Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive digital services
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and data protection policies
Qualifications
- Fluent Danish speaker (spoken and written)
- Good English skills for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
