Mission: Maintains a concierge service philosophy that serves as a trusted guide to each guest. Assists in developing and sustaining personalized recognition and exceptional service for all guests visiting the property. Acts as the Ambassador for the property, serving as the destination authority and elevating the guest experience by thoughtfully connecting guests with the local culture, community, and authentic experiences.
We are looking for a proactive IEFP trainee for Concierge area.
The person will support the Concierge Supervisor in several tasks:
* Responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards.
* Maintains a concierge service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff.
* Assists in developing and maintaining the acknowledgment and service of all guests visiting the location.
* Supports management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests' needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
* Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets.
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
* Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk foran extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Requirements
* Portuguese and english language (mandatory); Any other language willbe a plus.

* Strong sense oforganization and responsibility;
* Eligibility foran IEFP internship (Bachelor's or Master's degree with completion certificate);
* Residence in the Algarve.
