Maximize revenue and profit through the planning and execution of the sales strategy and an optimized plan based on the regional business strategy.

Establish a foundation to maximize sales revenue through the sales team.

Manage sales targets by channel, setting sales goals that drive continuous growth for the business unit and channel accounts (partners), and motivate team performance.

Define the sales strategy by channel, leading the sales approach to meet objectives by analyzing channel accounts, the commercial area, and the products sold.

Execute sales, leading efforts to meet targets through collaboration among channel accounts.

Monitor channels and manage risks, leading the development of trusted relationships with channel accounts and establishing a foundation for continuous revenue growth.

Lead a smaller business line with global scope or small subsidiaries and develop short- and medium-term strategies.

Work on issues that impact business success or address future concepts, products, or technologies.

Build formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization.

Regularly interact with executives and/or major clients. These interactions often involve negotiating with clients or managers, or influencing senior leaders on matters critical to the organization.

Responsible for the development, coaching, and evaluation of team members; requires a minimum of 14 years of experience.
Perfil ideal
- Higher education required
- Develop Strategic Account Management to achieve sales targets and objectives;
- Engage in negotiations that should aim at building strong and long-term oriented relationships with the channel account;
- Partner relationship management that should deliver a strong undertsanding of the client's needs;
- Cross-collaboration within internal business divisions;
- Forecasting, performance tracking & reporting;
- 10-15 year's experience in Modern Channel & Management;
- Experience with Consumer Electronic Retail is preferred;
- Strong negotiation;
- Excellent communication skills and confident presenting (fluent English);
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- A background in Marketing and Product Development/R&D is valued.
- A background in the food fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly regarded.
