GL Junior Accountant - Global Business Services - Santarém
Description
Responsabilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to local regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and provide necessary documentation.
Profile
A successful Junior Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Advanced English
