Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to provide full-range support for our global client accounts. This role involves managing contractual agreements, implementing local changes, and maintaining contract management tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal and contract management, with experience working on commercial client-facing accounts.
* Drafting Local Agreements: Support the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement, collaborating with local Legal Counsels as needed.
* Contract Governance: Implement contractual governance, change control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and administrative logs.
* Training and Compliance: Advise and train wider teams on contractual and administrative requirements to increase compliance and drive profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Legal and Contract Management Experience: 2-5 years of experience in legal and contract management support.
* Technical Skills: Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness.
* Linguistic Ability: Fluent English language proficiency, with a second language desirable (Spanish).
