Property Management Role
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in leadership, client relations, and strategic planning. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management of office and logistics real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of real estate assets, coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Serve as the main point of contact with clients, fostering effective communication and ensuring timely reporting.
* Understand management mandates and execute tasks accordingly.
* Lead client reporting in coordination with finance and lease management teams.
* Prepare and supervise business plans for each asset, considering income and expenses.
* Collaborate with various Cushman & Wakefield departments involved with the asset.
* Coordinate asset visits with appraisers, potential buyers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure seamless transitions/handovers of assets entering or leaving Cushman & Wakefield management.
* Represent Cushman & Wakefield as an ambassador, identifying and promoting business opportunities with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with established budget guidelines.
* Tender and manage services and supplier contracts on behalf of clients.
* Audit soft service providers, conducting site visits and monitoring actions by the involved team.
* Maintain operational relationships with tenants, applying Internal Regulations and providing advice when needed.
* Evaluate and follow up on insurance claims until closure.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, strong client relationship management abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management principles.
Familiarity with Cushman & Wakefield's policies and procedures is also essential.
