Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingReviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory complianceDesigning and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operationsConducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processesWorking closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholdersMonitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and cryptoWhat you'll needExperience in Compliance, Market Conduct, Brokerage, or Trading oversightKnowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulationsThe ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatismExceptional analytical and communication skills
