Job Description
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the development of advanced test technologies and provide strategic leadership in End-of-Line (EOL) testing. This role involves designing comprehensive test solutions, developing procedures to support the creation of robust and cost-efficient test equipment, and driving down costs through standardization.
This position requires collaboration with product development teams to create test and flash specifications for electronic products. You will also work closely with manufacturing engineers (MEs) to establish global Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards and support electronics manufacturing requirements for facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing engineering and/or EOL testing
* Project management skills and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Knowledge of multiple programming languages: Visual Studio (Visual Basic), C and C++, C# (C Sharp), Python
* Hands-on skills troubleshooting low and high voltage Electrical cabinets and reviewing Electrical drawings
