Fashion and Sportswear Specialist
We are seeking a customer service talent to join our Lisbon team.
As a Sports Retail Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers, solving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction while representing a high-quality global brand.

About the Role:
* You will guide and advise customers across different channels (phone, email, social media)
* Provide accurate and professional answers to customer questions and concerns
* Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling
* Troubleshoot customer issues calmly and effectively to enhance their shopping experience
* Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases

Requirements:
1. Native level of French and at least B2 level of English
2. Understanding of the importance of customer experience
3. Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Energetic, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving
5. Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life
6. Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What We Offer:
* 12-month contract, renewable
* Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, 7 am – 10 pm
* Fully paid training, approximately 3 weeks
