Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager - Cybersecurity at Sooma. The role is located in Matosinhos, with the option for some work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing cybersecurity accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Sales and business development abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
