This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience inAccounts Receivable, O2C processes, and financial operations, who are ready to take ownership of complex processes and contribute to financial performance in an international environment.You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international clients while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the full Order-to-Cash cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processOversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliationsMonitor outstanding and overdue balances and follow up on paymentsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputesCommunicate with customers and internal stakeholders in German and EnglishEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and proceduresSupport reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiativesProvide guidance and support to junior team members when requiredCandidate ProfileBachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance OperationsMinimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead roleStrong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworksExperience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday or similar)Advanced Excel and reporting skillsExperience in international or multi-currency business environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsLeadership and mentoring capabilitiesLanguage Requirements German C1–C2(mandatory) + English C1(advanced professional level)Salary & Benefits€1,757.10 gross per month (paid 14 months)Meal allowanceMonday–Friday fixed scheduleInternational finance environmentOpportunities for career development and internal growthRelocation support availableLegal Requirements Candidates must hold one of the following:#J-18808-Ljbffr
