Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead pre-sales technical activities and support the development and implementation of complex solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for enabling sales success through innovation and collaboration.
This individual will provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales teams, resellers, and customers during the pre-sales process. They will manage pre-sales technical activities for complex product/application/solution development, assist customers in maximizing the value of our products and services, contribute technical input to bid proposals, and identify additional sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include developing detailed customer installation and system integration plans, leading technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with marketing and product managers to define new products, serving as a technical liaison on specific customer projects, and sharing best practices across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Deep knowledge of sales engineering and related technical domains
* Proven track record of working directly with healthcare clients, ideally within the provider health IT and/or operational clinical systems area
* Extensive knowledge of health IT tech offerings and customer needs
