* Certified Personal Trainers
* Group Exercise Instructors (Les Mills, Zumba, Yoga, Cycling, etc.)
* Swimming Coaches & Lifeguards
Key Responsibilities (vary by role):
* Deliver engaging, results-driven training or group classes tailored to member goals
* Assess fitness levels and design custom programs for improvement
* Educate clients on proper technique, equipment use, and lifestyle habits
* Motivate, coach, and track progress to ensure sustainable results
* Ensure safety and cleanliness across all training spaces
* Collaborate with club teams to deliver top-tier member experience
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group instruction (NASM, ACE, ISSA, Les Mills, Red Cross, etc.)
* Bachelor's or associate degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
* At least 2 years of professional experience in fitness instruction or coaching
* Excellent communication and motivational skills
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Relocation support provided)
