To join our Transformation Team at the Holding Office, we are currently looking for a Organizational Development & Transformation Manager
We're looking for someone full of initiative and purpose to help scale our reskilling programs by building a strong ecosystem around them. This person will be the face of the initiative to companies and foundations — identifying who can support us, crafting the strategy to approach them, and following through on every conversation with care and persistence. It's a hands-on role, perfect for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, manage lots of moving parts, and talk to all kinds of stakeholders. They need to be sharp, well-organized, and genuinely motivated by projects that create positive impact in people's lives.
Ideal Profile:
Background in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar.
Experience in cultural transformation or large-scale people development programs.
Former consultant (preferred), with exposure to diverse cultural and leadership development frameworks.
Strong experience in designing learning experiences (formal and informal), internal academies, and team development journeys.
Solid grounding in change management principles, with the ability to guide people through uncertainty and adoption.
Systems thinker: able to see the bigger picture and define initiatives that connect across levels and entities.
Strong facilitation and co-creation skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch.
Collaborative and hands-on.

Purpose of the Role:
Support the design and continuous evolution of a group-wide cultural transformation journey. This person will bring expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and people transformation — translating abstract cultural ambitions into concrete initiatives, practices, and learning experiences. The goal: ensure that people across all levels and companies can live,experience, and embody the new culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-design and continuously refine the cultural transformation roadmap, identifying the core experiences, concepts, and behaviors that need to be nurtured.
Develop and implement group-wide initiatives such as:
Internal Academy (defining learning priorities, approaches, and experiences aligned with cultural ambitions)
Leadership and team development journeys
Moments that matter: rituals, symbolic actions, onboarding experiences, internal Talks, and other engagement formats
Translate cultural models and frameworks into practical tools and experiences that help teams understand and live the change.
Work closely with business units to co-create local adaptations of group-wide initiatives, ensuring engagement and ownership.
Identify, brief, and coordinate external partners (facilitators, content experts, development consultants, etc.).
Create feedback loops and learning cycles to evolve initiatives based on employee insight and impact measurement.
Act as a thought partner to the Head of Transformation, contributing with methodology, inspiration, and critical thinking.
