We are recruiting a Business Controller for a multinational company that manufactures medical devices for intimate care.
Responsibilities Responsible for manufacturing accounting process of the site;
Daily sparring partner for production organization (inventory controllers, value stream managers, material/production planners, etc.);
Analysis of manufacturing variances, Production settlement and reporting;
Participation in month-end closing and preparation of monthly reporting, variance analysis;
Monitoring of the stock-take process and drive cost price update yearly cycle process;
Cooperation with Business Centre, HQ controllers and other production sites.
Qualifications Master's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field;
Experience in financialcontrolling at a multinational manufacturing company;
High level of English;
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheet software and MS PowerPoint;
BI reports;
Strongability to understand how business operates;
Experience working at manufacturing companies;
to have an experience at a medical device manufacturing company is a plus;
Ability to analyze and interpret data;
Creative and decisive problem-solving skills;
Must be able to maintain/establish strong relationships across the organization.
