About the Project

As a Content Moderator,
you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world's leading short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.
What you will do:

Safeguard the platform by reviewing videos, comments, and live streams
to ensure they follow community standards
Take action on harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe content
to protect millions of users worldwide
Apply moderation policies with accuracy and consistency,
contributing to a safe online environment
Escalate sensitive or complex cases
to specialized teams for further review
Stay up to date with the latest guidelines and trends
to ensure an engaging and secure user experience
Salary:

Base salary: ****€ gross x 12 months
(it's ****€ gross x 14 months)
7,63€ net/ worked day (it's approx. 167,86€ / month) – Meal allowance – issued as a prepaid card
84€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS
