Job Description
The Senior PMO role requires budgetary monitoring, capacity planning, risk assessment, and report production. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining and controlling the capacity plan, assessing and following up on risks, and monitoring permanent costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of PMO experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Expertise in Excel with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in SQL with experience in database management and query optimization.
* Strong background in financial control with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
* Experience in project planning and reporting with proficiency in Clarity project management system.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to motivate teams and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
* Commitment to deliver results and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Fluent English language skills with good French level.
* Ability to travel outside Portugal occasionally.
* Flexibility to work outside normal office hours occasionally.
