We are currently recruiting professionals for integration into our internal team or client projects, specifically for the following profile:
Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
Hard Skills:
* Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
* Strong understanding of Agile principles & frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
* Experience with Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
* Knowledge of Agile practices related to Software Engineering such as Automated Testing and Test Driven Development
* Ability to measure Velocity vs Productivity
* Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
* Support Product Owner in backlog management and product planning to maximize value delivery
* Identify and remove impediments proactively
* Act as an internal coach to foster an agile, self-organized team environment
* Development experience is valued
* Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills
* Knowledge of Software Craftsmanship
* Fluency in English (C1 level)
