brKey Responsibilities: brDevelops and executes the annual sales strategy, in alignment with commercial objectives.
brIdentifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialized golf group markets.
brAnalyses KPIs and market trends, implementing corrective actions to optimize revenue.
brCollaborates with Marketing to design targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital initiatives.
brManage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, travel agencies, and other partners.
brAttends major industry trade shows, fam trips, and networking events.
brNegotiates and implements contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and allotments.
brActs as a brand ambassador for the resort in all interactions.
brHosts site inspections, fam trips, and VIP guests.
brEnsures all proposals, communications, and contracts reflect 5-star standards.
brWorks closely with Golf and Hospitality Operations to guarantee a seamless experience for groups and partners.
brEnsures rate integrity and correct application of contracted terms.
brProactively channels golf demand towards the hotel and serviced apartments, ensuring maximum conversion of golf enquiries into room nights.
brKey Qualifications: brMinimum 3 years' experience in the golf and hospitality industry (preferred).
brExperience in sales, travel trade, resort, or luxury hospitality environments is an advantage.
brStrong understanding of golf market dynamics and customer expectations.

brStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and key accounts.
