We are looking for a
Service Delivery Management Officer
for this project!
Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end service quality for Network Products, ensuring availability and performance targets are met
Oversee incident, problem and change processes, including root cause analysis and escalation management
Define, document and maintain operating models, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with global standards
Coordinate with internal teams, entities and third-party vendors to deliver, evolve and continuously improve services
What are we looking for?
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management
Service ownership mindset with a focus on Quality of Service (QoS) and continuous improvement
Experience working with ServiceNow for service management, reporting and governance
