We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:
* A minimum of two digital marketing channels
* Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns
* Creating, setting up and optimizing paid and social campaigns to hit goals
* Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports
The GOALS for this position is to:
* Ensure Qualified Candidates who come to the site, sign up and create a free profiles
* Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis
* Increase re-engagement on the site
* Improve stickiness on-site to bring back visitors
Required Skills:
* 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Hands-on Expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO
* Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.)
* Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
* Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
