The Project Manager will oversee property-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Description
* Oversee and supervise all aspects of the development process including planning, design, construction, sales and marketing, and project completion.
* Manage the work of all vendors, contractors, consultants, and other project team members.
* Manage the project budget and schedule. Monitor costs and progress to ensure adherence.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, lenders, and other project participants.
* Manage regulatory approvals, permits, and all other required documentation for the Project.
* Coordinate sales and marketing activities including implementing marketing plans and managing real estate brokers.
* Conduct regular meetings to update the Investor on project status, budget, schedule, approvals, and any issues.
* Manage defects list completion, final inspections, and closing out of development.
* Provide any other development management services necessary for the successful completion of the Project.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
* Proven experience managing projects in the property industry.
* 5 to 10 of overall professional experience
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English.
* A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
